Processing Time

  • Domestic Shipping: We offer standard shipping options at checkout. Shipping rates vary based on order size and destination.
  • International Shipping: Available to selected countries only. Rates and delivery times vary depending on the location. Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.

  • International Shipping: 7-21 business days (varies by destination)

Note: Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to external factors such as weather, holidays, or customs delays.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use this to track your package’s progress.

Return Policy

  • If you received an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
  • Returns for exchanges, replacements, or refunds will need to be done within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • All customers must cover shipping expenses in order to return their products to us.
  • We will ship the replacement piece to the country of destination, cost-free.
  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. 

Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only in their ORIGINAL condition and packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Customized pieces, gift cards, and clearance items are final sale and not eligible for returns.
  • Damages caused by regular wear do not qualify for a replacement.

Return Process

  1. Email us at omaurastudio@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, send the item(s) back to our provided return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
  3. Once received, inspected and approved, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

    Additional Information

    • Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
